Plascencia Projects

The goal of Plascencia Projects is to support the Fair Industry through consulting, training and special projects that provide: 

   -Benefitial partnerships from both in and outside the industry
   -Continual education to Fairs regarding trends in the industry
   -Assistance in creating ideas that will benefit a Fair's community

I am Baley Plascencia, owener/operator of Plascencia Projects.  I graduated from Cal Poly in San Luis Obispo, CA with a Bachelors and Masters ~ Specializing in Fair Management & Event Planning. I held numerous roles at the Fairs mentioned below from 1999 until now. I also participated in the paid management training through the Western Fairs Association in 2007 (to read my Cal Poly Alumni interview about this experience click on my picture at the right). My most recent role in the Fair Industry has been with my company where I have consulted several Fairs in California on how to have creative interactions with their patrons through the use of text messaging and other online strategies!

Fairs worked with from 1999 until now include: Alameda County, Amador County, Antelope Valley, Calaveras County, Gold Country, Inter-Mountain, Mariposa County, Nevada County, Orange County, San Bernardino County, Sonoma County, Tulelake-Butte Valley, Tulare County, Ventura County and Yuba-Sutter.
